How to Apply
Applications for the Summer 2026 Academy Fellowship are now open and close May 15, 2026. The application consists of two short essays, an official transcript, and a brief interview conducted by members of our admissions committee.
We use a holistic review process. Academic achievement matters, but we are equally interested in how you think and what you care about. There is no ideal background or profile.

Eligibility
In order to apply to the Academy Fellowship, applicants must fulfill all of the following requirements:
| Grade Level | Rising juniors, rising seniors, and incoming college freshmen |
| Age | At least 16 years old by June 20, 2026 and may not turn 19 before July 31, 2026 |
| Location | Must be able to commute to Midtown Manhattan for weekly seminars |
| Language | English fluency sufficient for extended Socratic seminar participation |
| First-time | Priority given to first-time Academy Fellowship applicants |
Required Components
All applicants must submit the following:
- Two short essays (prompts provided in application)
- Official high school transcript
- Brief interview with admissions committee (by invitation)
No letters of recommendation are required. No application fee.
